pjcooksey86 I would have refunded you for the pants if you would have asked me. I did not notice any pet hair. My home is clean. The 3 star rating affects my Posh. I would gladly refund you. I apologize that you felt the pants were not clean. They were new with tags.

jessngosey @pjcooksey86 Hi! I’m so sorry. I didn’t realize it affected your status. I thought it just gave you feedback. I edited the rating so hopefully that helps. I have never sold anything on here so I’m not familiar with how it works. I am very happy with the pants. Was a little disappointed when I saw pet hair on them. I have washed them and they are all good. Sorry again!

Thank you I am not sure how I did not notice that. I tried to keep my dog out of my Posh room. In the future if you do make a purchase on Poshmark and are unhappy, you can open a case and request a refund. Poshmark will review your request and then make a decision.
