samandjack Hi Jessica. I just received your rating notice. I wanted to apologize for the battery. I simply forgot to check. I did offer through poshmark to have them send back for me to replace but they said you wanted to check it yourself. I've never sold a luxury item so not sure of protocol but it wasn't my intent to mislead you. I'll happily reimburse you for the battery. As for the band, The silver band included is original...the black one an extra to switch if you like.
