Hi Jessica , i am going to accept so you get paid because the shoes are as described. But , the bag you shipped them in was flimsy and fell apart and you could see the the contents by the time it arrrived in my mailbox. And someone else had fixed a lot more of it before it got to me with packing tape. Probably USPS. A sturdier container would have been much better.
