jessicazmarie @girlofgod924 Hi there! Sorry that it’s taking so long, when you ordered the sweater I was away on vacation and just got home and shipped it last week. I’m not sure why the label isn’t showing as scanned yet. I will call the post office tomorrow and see what’s going on. Again my apologies!!

jessicazmarie @girlofgod924 hi there, my apologies for all of this. I’ve never had this issue before, but I’m dropping off another copy of the label today at the post office. I guess the package was exposed to rain and the label bled so they couldn’t read or scan it. Luckily I live in a small town and they held it hoping that someone would come and claim it. Thank you for your patience through this.

jessicazmarie @girlofgod924 hi! I am so sorry. When you first ordered I was on vacation and the sweater was at home. I immediately came home and mailed it with the label that poshmark provided to me.

jessicazmarie @girlofgod924 cont. This is my first poshmark order, so I did what it said. I printed the label, put it on the package and shipped! I thought that is all I had to do. I will just take matters into my own hands. I’ll include cash in the package to reimburse you for shipping. My apologies. I am also trying to find a way to let poshmark know their labels are NOT WORKING. This is not ok and very embarrassing. My sincerest apologies.
