njersey_chick Hello, I hope this day finds you well. I just wanted to inform you that the item was shipped 2-3 days ago, it was picked up by USPS but apparently they haven't done what they're supposed to which is provide tracking information after having received it. It's a pity that this is the case as it is a simple task they must do yet they skip it out of laziness or forgetfulness, but you should be receiving the package soon. I apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused.
