sunnybrandi Hello. I purchased the ghd hair straightener from you in April. Do you have the proof of purchase? The power button is not working and I need it in order for it to be covered under warranty. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

jgall414 @sunnybrandi Oh no! I received it as a Christmas gift, so I don’t but I sent you all the original packaging with it so maybe the store will still honor it with the original packaging. I did also plug it in and check that it heated and worked great before sending it. Have you been using it since April and it suddenly broke?

sunnybrandi @jgall414 Hey, they are honoring the warranty so thank you for your response. Apparently you hold the power button down 5 to 10 seconds and I was not doing that so it is still working fine. Thank you so much for getting back to me and thank you for the straightener I love it!
