kre8tv4him Jessica I’m mortified that you found an odor in the box of the shipment of the shoes I sent you! I’m so terribly sorry! I have a smoke free home and can’t imagine what made this odor occur. I did reuse another shipment box used from a shipment I received and am wondering if that may have contributed to it? Again, I’m thoroughly embarrassed that this was an issue for you and appreciate your candor. I would be happy to give you a refund and you can keep the shoes. Let me know.

I left a brief but honest review for you because I think your the type of business savvy woman who wants to improve and while criticism isn’t fun for anyone I want you to succeed and grow. I definitely don’t need a refund. The shoes were beautifully packaged and in a great new/unused condition as promised. Take care and have a lovely weekend!
