It will go to Poshmark for authentication first; Once they approve the sale, they will update you by sending you an email with tracking number. All you have to do is come back to the app when you receive the bag and accept the order so I can get paid 😊 Poshmark holds the funds until buyers confirm that everything is ok. jessybeck @stefana_styles hi, hoping you can help me out here or shed some light on what’s going on. I’m really concerned and pretty frustrated that the bag still hasn’t arrived to me let alone to poshmark. My credit card was charged immediately which was on January 18th, almost two weeks ago. I’ve reached out to poshmark 3 times and all they tell me is that the bag is “still in transit”.

jessybeck I literally purchased a bag insert from TURKEY that shipped and arrived to my house on the west coast within days Of it’s purchase and still no bag. Would you be able to help me out here and see why this is taking so long? If I had known it would not arrive by this weekend I would not have purchased it as I wanted it specially for this upcoming weekend. Thanks

stefana_styles @jessybeck hello there! Thank you for reaching out. I noticed a delay in this shipment which is due to the post office. I shipped the bag on Tuesday the 21th (Monday the 20th was a holiday so the PO was closed). It was a 2 day priority mail label. For some reason, the post office has severely messed up this delivery. The tracking number is 9405510899359994885013 and I have been checking it daily and was going to message you today. I can’t get paid until you get the item so I am also concerned.

stefana_styles @jessybeck please keep in mind that I shipped the bag as soon as the post office re-opened so I did all I could on my end... ♥️! Poshmark will email you when they get the bag and once they authenticate it, and they will give you a new tracking number when they ship it to you. This entire process usually never takes more than a week, but the post office delayed it heavily. This is not up to me or Poshmark, so there is not much we can do except hope that they will deliver it to Poshmark ASAP.

stefana_styles @jessybeck once you get the bag, I hope you will leave the rating based on the bag itself , and not the shipping delay since I did ship right away. I truly hope you understand that I am as upset as you that the post office is taking this long to deliver the box to Poshmark... 😔

stefana_styles @jessybeck of course! Honestly I hope they will do that so you can get it at ASAP. The bag is authentic so it shouldn’t take them longer than a day to check it and ship it. As you are waiting on the bag, so am I waiting on the payment.... fingers crossed it will get resolved by Friday 🤞🏻
