manicmaur @zilliah We got behind when my mother was sick. I am on disability so this helps a little. We (my son and I) are two years behind so there is nothing we can do. It’s my fault for not paying attention. Thank you for your advice, I appreciate it!

manicmaur I washed a few items gently and hung them outside since it was a beautiful warm day. This has NEVER happened to me except once about 35 years ago and it was also rayon.

manicmaur Since your skirt was two layers, the outer layer shrank and lining didn’t. Since it was crinkley fabric I just kept pulling it down, thinking that would fix it, bit it’s like 5 or 6 inches. It’s crazy. I saw a dry clean tag but never ever dry clean regular clothes. I wash silks by hand, everything. I am so sorry. Really. This week is one thing after the other. Take care, Maura.
