starfilledmac Hi! I’m not sure how to reach you another way. I sold the yellow wedge sandals to you. I’m so sorry that the heel fell off. I did not repair them—they had only been worn a couple times and then stored. I imagine from sitting in storage the glue was aged and it just came off. Regardless, I’d happily give you a refund. I contacted Poshmark to see how to do that. ♥️

Once the funds are released to the seller, the sale is complete and cannot be reversed for a return or refund.
