gorgeousnyc @joannaines Great news. If you are on your phone: Double click on your closet name in the lower right corner of the screen. Then click on the green button on the top right corner of the screen. It will show the Redeemable funds (sold price less Posh fee). Click on that. You have the option of having the funds sent directly to your bank account (by inputting your bank's routing and account numbers) OR having a physical check mailed to you. Checks get to you usually within 4 days. 💕

joannaines @gorgeousnyc I tried to enter my bank info but There is no option to press redeem button... could it be bec there is no money?? Or should I be able to do it no matter there is or not money?

gorgeousnyc @joannaines I would go through the steps again. If after clicking the green button you see an amount after the word Redeemable, that's the same as your available earnings. Pressing on that Redeemable amount then gives you the option of how to get the money sent to you. On a phone, this screen that you get after pressing green button -> Redeemable may need you to scroll down to see these two options (bank direct deposit or check).

joannaines @gorgeousnyc @gorgeousnyc ok. I checked again. But today the amount still pending. There is nothing In redeemable. Is still in cero. Does that means that the person hasn’t paid yet or hasn’t placed the order? This is my first sale and I’m confused 😔, the person made an offer and I accepted. Nothing else has happened. Don’t know if I have to wait or send the shirt.

gorgeousnyc @joannaines Don't send anything until you receive an email with the shipping label. Also check by clicking on your closet name (on phone lower right corner) and then "My Sales" See if it shows up there or gives you information on the status. Sometimes there is a problem with the buyer's credit card and you should be notified about that.

gorgeousnyc The shipping label comes to your email address if the sale has gone through. I did not realize that you didn't send it yet. YOU WON'T SEE "REDEEMABLE" (ie funds you have earned and can get transferred to your bank account) UNTIL AFTER YOU HAVE SENT the item AND AFTER THE BUYER HAS "ACCEPTED" THE ITEM. 😊 Send it when you get the mailing label. Not to worry. You'll get paid when buyer receives the item. 😊 💕

gorgeousnyc Make sure you package it nicely and send it promptly. Buyers will review your transaction and you want happy buyers. Poshmark makes it easy. Just put the label on a USPS PRIORITY MAIL BOX OR ENVELOPE (these are free at the post office or can be ordered online at USPS for free). Do NOT use "Express" boxes or envelopes. 😊 💕 Here to help.
