itsmassagtime Hello JR I’m sorry about the Betsey Johnson. I don’t know what happen to the cat head, but I know I inspected all items before listings and before mailing. I also don’t understand why you didn’t request for a return when you got the item back in April? I would have been happy to refund your money and take the item back. Again sorry for the item and please reach out to sellers if the item is not to your liking or Damage. Poshmark will be happy to assist and the seller would work with you.

jojobby6 @itsmassagtime I didn’t use that bag until a few days ago, yesterday I noticed the hole it’s on the head on the side near the ear, it’s hidden but I have a feeling it will spread unless I try to fix it myself.

sakyong269 Any stains on the UNIF came to me that way. UNIF always has holes, stains, distressed fabric.. sorry if you weren’t happy with the purchase, please let me know and I’ll send you something else. I have plenty of UNIF items as well as others.
