Hi! I'm Jodi. Some of my favorite brands are Free People, Chasing Unicorns, Spell & The Gypsy Collective, and the Morgan Factory. I also adore vintage clothes. I’m an artist, trained metalsmith, and a busy stay at home mom of 2 boys and 3 big Mainecoon cats with a smoke-free home. I love to shop, but my closet isn’t getting any larger, so I’m needing to downsize. No trades please! I will consider reasonable offers but decline all low ball offers. chateaubungalow Jodi, You recently purchased a bundle of items from me. They should be delivered today. Unfortunately one item (the Millard Fillmore jacket) was not available. Please advise how to best refund you for this item, as well as to further discount the items you received to express my regret for this problem. I am unsure how to refund via Poshmark. aurumgirlstudio @chateaubungalow that breaks my heart... Okay, please refund back thru Poshmark. They must have a way to do this. Contact customer support. I guess refund $30. for the coat, minus $2.26 for shipping (divided it by 3) and the sales tax which is 9.9% ($3.19). I think a refund of $35.45 is reasonable.

chateaubungalow @aurumgirlstudio breaks my heart too. Long story but 6 mos ago I had to let an employee go for failing to enter sales in database. I am still experiencing problems such as this. will contact customer support again. First response was told to let you know and work it out but I did not receive instruction on the mechanism to refund you. hopefully will have refund completed ASAP. Again, I am sorry for the problem. I am a Posh BUYER too and would hate to be disappointed. best, C
