Hi Joe,
I see the jacket arrived. I also see the two star review based on size. As a seller I try very hard to make sure the items are as described. I appreciate every sale, but leaving a bad review on size hurts a seller. I cannot control fit. I hope this helps you in the future to confirm exact measurements before purchase. Thanks! Tiffany
