jgmoney553 @davidwilliam480 Hey David. I checked again on the USPS site and its still saying in transit, delayed. I sent Poshmark a message as well to see what can be done. I will also call USPS again to see what is going on. I apologize for the delay, I shipped as quickly as possible but the USPS was severely backed up with delays.

I know you shipped quickly I saw that I believe it’s on their end but like I said it’s been about a mile or 2 from where I live for almost 2 weeks so I’m assuming it’s lost. I would like the sweatshirt still so just let me know what they tell you. Thank again you’ve been good to work with.

I got an email back just now that says my inquiry has been processed and assigned to Service Request #21972612 and has been forwarded to the appropriate management team for research and response.

jgmoney553 @davidwilliam964 Hey. I reached out to Poshmark and they said if we didnt get any movement within 10 days of when I emailed them, I should reply to their email and they would direct me with next steps. I just replied to that email and said theres been no movement and the buyer would like his money back. Will update you as soon as I hear back from them on how we issue you a refund.

jgmoney553 @davidwilliam964 Hey. I got an email from Poshmark just now. They said it looks like the package has stopped tracking and likely been lost by the carrier. they have processed this as a lost package and will be refunding your money. Please let me know if you don't see the refund. My apologies for this, I tried my best to locate the package for you numerous times but its been insane with USPS. Again my apologies.

hjalmar327 Hi, I have a funny feeling my package was lost. My building has a 24/7 monitored package room and there is no reason for “No Access” I have never had any issues with delivery.

jgmoney553 @hjalmar327 Hello. I tracked the item and it says its says "Your item departed our USPS facility in SAN FRANCISCO, CA 94103 on July 31, 2021 at 3:08 pm. The item is currently in transit to the destination." I will give it another couple of days to see if it arrives. If it doesn't then I will reach out to Poshmark on next steps.
