akesatie Hello! I was checking on the shipment to see if you've received it, and the message was that it is undeliverable as addressed. I'm not sure if they're going to attempt to deliver it or send it back. I believe you got the tracking number in the email when I shipped it, if you track it you might be able see the issue I'm talking about.

akesatie It is under my address in the app, then it is listed under default shipping address.

akesatie Perhaps contact the local post office with the tracking number to see if maybe they can fix the address for delivery or hold it at the post office to pick up. The address was printed on the label I printed out from poshmark, I'm not sure what error was in the address, maybe if it's an apartment, the apartment number wasn't put in, or wasn't labeled as an apartment number... I have no clue :(

akesatie @jmn10259778 that's so strange. I know the label had an address on it, it made it up to west haven ct from where I'm at in fl. It couldn't do that without an address with a zip code. If you have Facebook, you can send me a friend request and I can message you a copy of the shipping label so you can see the address. I sent an email to poshmark support to see if anything can be done to keep it from being sent back. I'll let you know as soon as I hear something.

akesatie @jmn10259778 hey I was just checking in, I got an email reply from poshmark saying they have a high number of emails and they will respond as soon as they can. I checked tracking again today and it still says undeliverable as addressed. Were you able to contact your post office with tracking number and see what the issue was? I don't know what the address should be versus what was on the label, if I knew I'd contact them for you. I apologize for this happening :(

At least it is going to you and not back to me :) I appreciate you going to the post office, I think it would have been returned if you hadn't. Still no email back from poshmark either. I apologize that you had to go out of your way to get the shipment, and appreciate that you went to the post office. Hopefully you receive it soon!

akesatie @jmn10259778 since there was no more tracking on the package, poshmark assumed it was lost. They credited my account for the money as well, so I'm good on my end. Hope the little guy enjoys the shoes!
