jcho81 Hey Jordan, I apologize for my error. When I initially posted that coat, I must've looked up France/Europe sizes instead of Italy sizes. I would like to refund you for the full amount. Please initiate a return.

jcho81 On the app: Step 1: Go to My Purchases Step 2: Select your order Step 3: Select Problems/Order Inquiry and follow the prompt to open a formal case of item not as described On the web: Step 1: Click My Purchases in the drop down menu Step 2: Select your order Step 3: Select the Problems/Order Inquiry drop down menu at the bottom of the screen Step 4: Select Orders Not as Described and follow the prompt to include images and description of the problem area

jcho81 Hey Jill, I did a bit of research on Posh and it looks like once the funds are released to seller, they are unable to reverse it and honor a refund. Post the item for $30 and I'll buy it back?
