hailstone_ Hi love! Just saw your inquiry on the item you purchased from our store. Sorry to hear about happened! That is definitely not typical. Unfortunately Poshmark allows only a 3 day period to open a case regarding an item purchased from its platform. All sales after the 3rd day are considered final by Poshmark. What we can do for you is we can sell a necklace to you for a heavily discounted price (even lower than what we pay for them), but would not be able to pay shipping for the necklace.
