callmecordelia Hello, gosh I’m so sorry to hear about the backpack not arriving. You have a tracking number perhaps you can check with your post office but it did read delivered-Which means it made it to your home or post office. It could have been stolen from your porch or perhaps by chance someone else picked it up that you know? Please let Poshmark know about that I’m not sure what their policy is there...

callmecordelia But I’m not sure and I didn’t check to see if you are new here but in future, do not rate person until the matter is resolved because I don’t believe there’s much else you can do about but I would definitely contact Poshmark about it. I have been through this before and I have called post office is myself and they tell me exactly what the tracking says – delivered. Kate
