pumpkin2811 @briabella Poshmark has still not made any contact with me. I have no way of crediting you. Also, I sent out about 10 shipments using the same flat rate boxes and no one else had a problem. This is an error of your post office. I suggest bringing the flat rate box I used to them with your bill so they can correct it. I am sorry this is happening.

briabella @pumpkin2811 I did do that. I emailed them and received a response. They suggested that I decline accepting the box but I had already paid it. I can forward the email that I got to you but basically they said it was sellers responsibility. Is there anyway to just give me a good price on a bundle if I purchase?

pumpkin2811 @briabella I understand that Poshmark has said it is my responsibility, they just have never given me a way refund you. I do use the flat rate boxes Poshmark has instructed me to use. So I feel that neither of us should have to pay for the error of your local post office. However I would be happy to give you $9 off of a bundle.

pumpkin2811 @lisalouise88 Also it depends on how many items you are thinking of purchasing? Y ou may want to submit offers for two separate bundles if there are a lot of items you would like. Each package needs to stay under 5lbs.
