chicitygirl23 It is used but it is absolutely not peeling, the back is just a bit dark from color transfer from my dark jeans and the edging is a bit worn in placed, but it is not peeling. my lowest is $250 - I think the bag is fairly priced, even other used ones on here are selling for WAY more.
