makelovely @babyboo1344 Poshmark will review the case and handle any returns if they decide to. I have no way of generating that on my end. To open a case I believe you need to go to the prompt of accepting the package or opening a case. I have not received anything from Poshmark indicating you have opened a case.

babyboo1344 I have received the bundle but am notbwilling to keep it which spells out to not accepting it. I will hear back from Customer Service hopefully within 24 hours and will follow up with you. I think there is some false advertising on your part. The purchase of two batteties will cost me more than the original $15.00 purchase. Dawn
