jabvl2015 I see that the package was delivered today. This is new for me... I guess we'll have to trace it through the usps system. can you please forward to me a picture of the box, shipping label, packing and what you received. apparently someone on this package's journey decided to switch contents.

jabvl2015 Also, can you take a picture of the packaging in the box. I wrapped the shoe box in a clear bag. Is that in the box? How about any additional papers that I included? Thanks.

delentella @jabvl2015 it’s a True Girl party package. Religious items and tambourine. The box it comes in is the size of a shoe box. Not sure how to attach picture here. That is all that’s in the bag.

delentella @jabvl2015 hmmm - if the contents don’t seem familiar to you - it does seem like the address label was removed and restuck. The tape is all crinkly. Should I send a picture to someone at Poshmark so we can both be refunded? I’m so naive. It never occurred to me that someone would do that.

jabvl2015 @delentella yes, please contact Poshmark and I will be happy to refund. I am with you... Never experienced anything like this and will report to the USPS. This is crazy like when they find mail or packages dumped somewhere... and had to be intentional as I purposely cover with tape for any inclement weather, etc because it's paper, not like the ups labels. So there was no way that thing came off by itself. Sorry about this! Someone out there is enjoying some really cute sandals! :(

delentella @jabvl2015 hi. I sent a picture with my Poshmark report. I would guess they would send that to you. They saw it as a dispute with seller. I think it was automated. I sent another report saying it was a usps issue and not a dispute with seller. They said they are running behind on reports.

jabvl2015 @delentella thank you! Hopefully we can get this resolved soon. Again, sorry about this... lesson learned out of this is that I'll be taking a picture of all of my boxes/sent items. Sad that apparently there are distrustful people somewhere through the USPS system.

delentella @jabvl2015 not your fault at all. I hope they have insurance so we both can get a refund. I don’t care too much about losing sandals. Although they were cute! But I’m concerned for people having packages stolen from whoever did this. That seemed well planned.
