happyclothes15 Hi there. I just saw your review and I believe the item was damaged in the mail. You can clearly see that it is all intact in the photos. I believe this is a form for insurance you can fill out on USPS for damaged mail. I am so sorry that happened to you! I hope you can get a refund for damage. julie_powell @happyclothes15 I just felt that if the mailer that you had put the eyeshadow in, should have been smaller! The container is only about 2x2, & the mailer, was approx 6x8, leaving too much room in the mailer, left the eyeshadow too much room to keep the product in tact!

I fall asleep while looking at fb or poshmark etc occasionally, & do not want you to pay the price for my error! You could probably imagine my surprise when I found that I found that my account was deducted for this item! It was most likely my fault, & I hope this note takes care of any bad feelings!
