ranastark Hello, the red shoes you purchased from me were examined carefully and modeled by me and they looked and felt fine. I even posted a pic of them upside down and I never noticed the heel tips were cracked. I am very sorry for the inconvenience this causes you.

jmeachen @ranastark it’s ok. The shoes were vintage. The heel tips were just very brittle. One broke on me when I put it on, and the other I just pulled off because it looked brittle too. They are at the shoe repair place now, and I hope to be able to use them a lot!
