donnarothberg I don’t kno what happened but I got the wrong bag it’s supposed to be your one of your bags it’s yellow cross body it has there logo it built right in the middle of the front it’s yellow to it’s 85..00i don’t want the other one I didn’t even put it through some one else did I want my 140.dollars back now!! What do I do

julyssaa_ @donnarothberg Im sorry , i don’t understand what happened , but nothing was purchased on my end , you cancelled the offer for the Tory Burch bag & I didn’t receive payment for anything else. I would just suggest contacting customer service.
