kcollins805 @closetcloseout Yes I just opened it. It looks like there was damage during shipping. The envelope looked like it was squished and the same with the box it came in. I opened the box and a lot of the gel was inside the flap.

I've been packing all the small tube items in a padded bubble envelope before putting inside the plastic shipping mailer and so far haven't had any issues - not even when I stilled to Canada. Can you please send poshmark a photo of the damage found? I think what they will have you do is return the damaged item to me (they will send you a prepaid label) so that you can get a refund. "

closetcloseout I have another one of this so I can redo the sale after you return the damaged one and they give you the refund. The only thing is - I'm not sure how else to ship. Those priority mail boxes from the post office are too large so I'd have to find some other shipping box that's "smallish"

closetcloseout @kcollins805 or what I can also try is just pack it in the large priority mail box that the post office provides and just adding newspaper as filler inside the box.

kcollins805 @closetcloseout its fine. This is the first time ive had a problem with shipping damage so I guess ive been lucky but it was likley to happen eventually. Ill go through the motions tomorrow to follow the return steps and we can discuss how to purchase another tube then. Have a good evening.

closetcloseout @kcollins805 The only thing is - if you want to do that option would you be ok with me shipping via first class (so that shipping cost is low) and via the padded envelope inside option again. This time I think I would roll the padded envelope (instead of only folding once)to get more passing out of it.

Poshmark hasn't gotten back to me either about what's going on with this case - if it's closed, etc. Would it be possible for you to reach out to poshmark customer service to let them know that you are accepting this item so that they can release the funds to me? And then I'll for sure ship the replacement trying the "rolled-up padded envelope filler" method via 1st class mail.

closetcloseout @kcollins805 that's ok no worries! I'll get the replacement ready to ship hopefully for tomorrow in the meantime. You can also try emailing support@poshmark.com when you have time after work. I've never had to call poshmark before so I don't even know what their # is.
