itsjustkelli @georin I’m actually having an issue with one of my items that sold. It’s a $350 diaper bag that was supposed to be listed at $210 but was listed at $120. Before I noticed or could change it someone bought it. I don’t want to have any negative feedback from a buyer, but I can’t let it go for that low, it’s in perfect condition.

closetandpine @itsjustkelli if you didn’t already ship it, you should be able to cancel the order. You’ll have to make another posting in order to sell it again.

closetandpine If you go to your sales page, click on the order and at the bottom there should be “problems/order inquiry” and then you can hit “cancel order”. Make sure you explain it to the buyer and apologize 🙂 let me know if that works!

closetandpine Mistakes happen - she probably thought the deal was too good to be true! And in her case it was :) Most people on here are pretty understanding. When you make a new listing for that bag (since there is no way to just 'reactivate' it - very annoying) just make sure to include in the description that your re-listing it due to an error in the price. Since a potential buyer might be confused that you 'already sold it', or that the price was way lower, etc...
