ericaa1987 Hi this is Erica, you recently purchased the American Eagle pants from me, I didn’t know how else to contact you other than this way. I couldn’t reply to the comment you left. If you’d like you can put there was Problem with the item so you can return it (to see if that works as an option for you to return it). I did wash the pants & even tried them on to see how long they were because someone had inquired on them beforehand & they zipped up fine, so I don’t know how it got off track.
