bigcanoe1946 Katlin, I just tried on the dress I bought from you and it is a size 14. You stated it was a 10 and it swallowed me whole. I don’t understand how this happened. I think I deserve a refund for this misinformation. I have reported it to Poshmark but I would rather settle this between us. My name is Patricia Anne and it was the black dress with lavender flowers.

closet_on_fire @bigcanoe1946 hi there! I am sorry the fit doesn't work for you, but size 10 is correct. ASOS is a European brand, and the tags depict the UK size [UK 14 = US 10]. I ordered this brand new from their website and the receipts are all for US 10. You can check the size conversions on the ASOS website.

closet_on_fire @vegansf hi there - I'm so sorry to hear that there are delivery issues! I sent it with the auto-generated shipping label from poshmark, so the address will come from whatever you have indicated on your account. It says it delivered on my end - occasionally usps alerts will be off, but if you haven't received it, please open up an inquiry with Poshmark directly (go to your my purchases menu) and they can walk you through your options to resolve!

vegansf Was there by chance a tracking # or anything I can go back to USPS with? I checked the address and it looks like I updated my address correctly so it’s bizarre. I have zero doubts that you sent it btw, I’m just trying to hunt it down bc Poshmark won’t help. 🤷‍♀️

closet_on_fire @vegansf if you check in your email, you should have received a Poshmark-generated email when the order was shipped to let you know it was on its way on 4/12 (you likely got an alert that it was delivered as well [whether or not you did physically receive it]). If you look at either email, there will be a "view tracking" button that will take you to the usps tracking information. Hopefully you can use that # to follow up with usps.

closet_on_fire It's possible there are just mail delays and it could still show up in the next few days, I've had a few orders in the last year get tracked incorrectly by USPS, but still get delivered eventually 🤷‍♀️
