Hi! I tried commenting back to you on The YSL belt but the seller had blocked me. When sellers deliberately post an item under a totally different brand, it means they do not want Poshmark to flag them and notice that they’re selling counterfeit. It happens extremely often. This is a super fake but it’s definitely not real.

All of the sellers items are counterfeit and they’re actually super cheap on websites like wish. If you look at their page, the Gucci shirts they have listed don’t even have the correct price tag. Gucci never uses price tags with a plastic toggle, it’s always just a simple string that connects the price tag to the size tag.

And they’re also selling brand new designer items at a steal. If they were real, the prices would be much higher. Normally my rule of thumb with finding designer items on posh or any similar site: if it seems too good to be true, it probably is.

@kallanell if you purchased from this seller or any seller and you believe the item is fake, either open a case if you haven’t accepted the order yet or contact Poshmark and they will give you a refund. I hate seeing these sellers selling fake items for so much money when you can easily get the for 1/8th of the cost they’re selling them for.

@reformclothing thanks...I was just looking into the buyer protection, I haven’t received the item yet so once it arrives I can move forward with that...I’m assuming there’s nothing I can do until it gets here

@kallanell yes! As long as you don’t accept the order when it arrives and open a case you will be fine. Even if you were to accept the order, you can still contact Poshmark. They always back up their buyers especially when it comes to fakes. I would tell Poshmark after further research, the item you purchased is believed to be counterfeit.

@kallanell I just tagged you in another post. When you open a case I would definitely mention the fact that it’s fake but that they also have multiple accounts selling the same counterfeit items. If you need help in anyway please let me know. I’ve been through the same thing and it sucks. You’ll definitely get a refund 🙂

I don’t understand why anyone would do this on here, I’ve not had an issue before this and have loved using Posh! I haven’t received notification for shipping yet so it’ll be a little while until I get it but I can definitely let you know what happens!

@kallanell you can try to cancel! Or contact Poshmark and say you mistakenly purchased a counterfeit item and they may be able to cancel. If you go into your orders and click or that order, there should be a help button or something along those lines and I know within a certain timeframe you can cancel.

@reformclothing the listing I purchased is no longer available as well as the rest of that user’s listings! the order details indicate it’s awaiting USPS scan. since their page has been cleared out, it should make it easy for Poshmark to make a decision.
