ktjarvis I’m so sorry you were not happy with your purchase from me (Longchamp purse). I did put that the canvas was dirty in the description but I do truly apologize if the pictures did not convey it fully. I priced the bag so low because it was in such used condition, but, if you want a refund, I would be happy to do so. Please let me know if there’s anything I can do, or make me an offer on something in my closet and I’ll give you a huge discount so that I can make the situation right. Thank you!

kallies5 @ktjarvis No worries! I was just not expecting the marks to not come out or be removable after dry cleaning, so was a little disappointed but no need at all for a refund because i love the bag! I may take you up on the offer for a small discount but any more would be unnecessary! Thank you so much for reaching out.
