Totally! Feel free to reach out as you start to get comfortable and I'll give you more of an "advanced course". For now, looks like you're doing great. Awesome first listing and meet the posher listing. The best tip I could offer to start off is share, share, share! Go into closets and hit the "share" button on listings. People appreciate this so much and they'll share back. It's a very supportive community. 1/2

One other really important tip! Most important thing you can do for your posh "business" is stay in compliance with the rules. You'll see people breaking the rules from time to time, but if you want serious growth and quality transactions, it's just not worth it. A great resource for up to date info on the rules of the road is the @official_forum
