wenderhsz Hey there, I just saw the case opened today. I have not been on Poshmark, so I did not see your comment in regards to the odor from your purchase. The item is smoke free, I have been reaching out to recent buyers because I purchased a large lot of items from another Posher whose items all had a very strong smokey incense odor that leaked onto my items.

wenderhsz I did not realize the scent on their items tainted my 100+ listings until a number of my buyers had reached out to me with items that were actually mine, that is why my closet is on hold. I washed their items but did not know until now that my items also had the items. My closet is on hold. because I have to wash all of my listings. They are kept in their own separate closet, no smoke, and I greatly apologize for this inconvenience. Please let me know what you would like to do. Thank you, Wendy

wenderhsz @jusnisha02 Thank you so much for understanding! This is not at all how I am as a seller on Posh. I try to ensure that my buyers are 100% satisfied with their purchase and I would never sell them something dirty, not as described, or what I wouldn't want as a buyer. I do regret buying that large lot now that it's affected so many of my listings and buyer experiences 😫😫
