ckoltun30 Hi again! So I checked with usps and they said they need you to go online and reschedule the delivery of the item. They tried multiple times and said that either the receptacle was full or the item was too big to fit into the receptacle. If you go online to usps.com and type in the tracking number 9405510899359653354256 it will pop up with a time to reschedule the delivery of the item. Need to complete this by the 13th or else it will be returned to sender. Hope this helps!

ckoltun30 Hello! I’m sorry, I’m not trying to annoy you! Did you get my previous message? If you would like the item to be returned to sender, then that is fine. Usps is usually great with shipping so I’m not sure what happened here that they couldn’t deliver it. Like I said, not trying to be annoying, but just making sure you are aware of the steps that need to be taken if you still want the item. Otherwise, feel free to return to sender, that’s fine too. Thanks!

karebear1968 @ckoltun30. I don't understand either. Ups usually just puts the packages on my porch. My mailbox has not been full, and the one paper I had from them, I signed it and said please leave in door. There are packages on my porch every day.
