thriftykala @c_rodgerson Hello! You welcomed me when I started on Poshmark and I have a couple of questions, if you don’t mind! When I get likes, is it expected for me to make an offer, or should I wait? And, is it pretty common for buyers not to accept their purchase, and let the three days go by? Thanks for your time!!! I’m really liking Poshmark so far, but im still trying to get a sense of how it works...

c_rodgerson Hi, so glad you are liking Posh! It's up to you when you would like to send offers on likes...some send them right away to catch an impulse buy, or some wait until they have several likes on the item. Some buyers are just "looking" and will like an item just to "save" it, and don't necessarily intend on purchasing. For me, it just depends on how bad I want to sell the item. It is (unfortunately) very common for buyers to not accept their purchase. It happens to me about 50% of my sales.

miviburt Hi! I was wrapping up your purchase and I noticed a hole in the zipper. It still works perfectly well it’s just a small opening along the hemline. thriftykala @madelineshop I totally understand, anyone can make that mistake. I have not had anything returned to me yet so I’m not sure how it works on your end. I did return a purse once, it was damaged badly. Poshmark refunded the money. So, I think you will have to let them know you received it. I think most understand.....Here's how I do it. Bear with me, its a lot of info....I recently retired and with Covid, I've had nothing but time to self teach and learn trial & error Posh techniques 🤣🤣🤣

vickibiale @noorie1002 @thriftykala 1- I make an actual flyer, print it up and take pictures of it. Then I list it like a regular item as if I'm trying to sell it. When I'm listing is, I do so in every category (women, men, kids, home, and boutique), that way it sits on ever closet if you will so if people are filtering, they have a chance to see it. Don't forget to make it NWT too for that filter. I forget it sometimes. Its all about the masses....

Send it to previous customers a couple days before the public to get them 1st crack at their goodies. I find my previous customers under the My Sales tab on my home page

I just wanted to circle back and give you a heads up on my sale in case you are still interested....then list the details. Then I send that message to everyone that liked an item in the past using the Likes tab in your closet.

I retired from law enforcement so I was used to literally running around with my hair on fire, getting called out in the middle of the night, and being a multi-tasking ninja. I NEVER had time to be glued to my phone..never listed a thing online...heck never really used social media other than an OCCASIONAL Facebook post.
