b_marshall Hi Karen. I sent you an offer on a pair of boots in your closet. Not sure if you got it. I purchased the same pair on POSH for less to wear to a memorial, but the seller can't find them. b_marshall @karenashmore Hello. After I didn't hear from you I assumed that you weren't accepting offers. So, I went ahead and purchased the boots hoping to get the boots to my client. Your closet didn't indicate that you were on vacation and allowed me to make the purchase. This is the 2nd time that I've purchased this boot on Posh. The first one was $20.

b_marshall @karenashmore So, I had to pay the $29 difference to buy your boots, because I had to get them to my client for the outfit I had shopped and curated for her to wear to her event. She has everything but her boots. She's upset...and I'm stressed. I don't want to lose her as a customer. Nor do I have $973 to refund her for the entire ensemble if I can't deliver the boots to complete the look. So I've just been praying.
