therebelunicorn @katiejoepotato sorry. I guess me opening a case wasn’t enough. ... I think so. I think they are gonna issue a refund and then we got to start over. I swear if this ever happens again, which I hope it doesn’t, I’m going to just Handel it myself through the post office! .... did you ever get the heels?? I’m confused now if it’s the heels or your sandals that are on their way to me. They should be here today so I guess I’ll find out.
