sh120867 I purchased the Zara parka . Wore yesterday, I noticed the side of the hood that zips doesn’t stay zipped and the hood detaches on that side

kpkpao @sh120867 i am so sorry this occurred. I had no idea there was a flaw in the zipper and hadn’t had it detach when I’ve worn it in the past. Thanks for letting me know. I apologize again and I’ll make sure to double check those things on future purchases to ensure it doesn’t happen again.
