@tiarabee I get you. Totally. My adoptive mom plans to leave all of her heirlooms to her blood-related child. It breaks my heart. But my solace is that she gave me the Bible she bought with the rewards of a Sunday School competition. And, just yesterday, she sent me a copy of a letter she wrote as a 16 yo after her beloved cousin was killed in the war.

@tiarabee THAT stuff is what matters. Don't feel bad about having to clean out. Your relatives would definitely understand, especially if they realized that they ALL willed to you. They would probably even laugh about it. Find good homes with people who will appreciate their beauty and value. Knowing the story makes them even more special! 💝

@tiarabee I'm so sorry your adopted parents neglected you in that way and chose not to honor you as their daughter. They missed out. My mother struggles with the influence of HER mother who constantly said "blood is thicker than water". She has this false belief that adopted children do not treasure blood relations.

@tiarabee The thing is most of us value it MORE because we don't take it for granted. And we know that LOVE is stronger than blood. My brother and his sons may end up with all of the heirlooms, but I KNOW that *I* know my mother better than they do. Your extended family knew and loved you. You are a beautifully created Child of God and He loves you more than all of them put together. 💝

@tinalambert610 I am fashion forward, like contrasts. Being petite, smaller prints. Cool colors that dont wash me out now that my hair has turned platinum. My shoulders are narrow so a lot of the jackets are big across the shoulders so those that are looser are more flattering.

Creme, white, navy, lt pink, watermelon red, greys and I love LACE, LACE, LACE!! And silver sparkle. Brighton jewelry goes w much of my wardrobe.
I can pull off most any style, at heart prefer jeans and white T or white big shirt! But, I'm the front person for a title company, so I want to dress fun/classy for our customers!
