pearltiki Hi Kathleen, I just did a follow up with Poshmark today for the Tory Burch Tote. The other party received the shipping label same as you did. However I haven't had any confirmation back regarding shipping to you. What's confusing is Poshmark states that this case was resolved. Hopefully this will works itself out in the coming week because of the holidays and all. Again I will keep on this until it is completed. Cindy

pearltiki @iredkat I’m not sure, since Poshmark sent the new shipping labels , I don’t have access to the tracking like I would with the original shipping label.

pearltiki Hi Kathleen, I wish I had good news. I contacted the other Posher just like I am corresponding with you. 12/29 and today 1/4/21 4 hours ago. It shows that the shoes were delivered. I have had no response from her to date. I'm not sure what protocol with Poshmark is if the other party just doesn't reply or cooperates. I guess I need to follow up with Poshmark support again. I just want to keep you in the loop.

pearltiki I received a response from Poshmark. They sent a reminder to the other Posher and said to let them know by 1/9 if she hasn't shipped the item. Not sure why I am doing their work, but if it gets you your TB Tote I'll happily be the hunting dog. I checked my news and email and still no confirmation from her. They did say if you have any concerns to reach out to Poshmark Support. From your poshmark icon hit the droplist and click Support. Make sure to include your username and the orig order#!

pearltiki Kathleen, I have a sort of solution to this issue. Go ahead and cancel the order. If and when I get the tote back. I'll mail it or you can have it for free. If it gets sent to you awesome, keep it. This whole situation started out with me mailing to the wrong parties. and I take responsibility for that. I thank you being honest and taking your time to resend those shoes to that Posher. I believe in Karma , although I do not wish anything bad on anyone. Enjoy your trip to Florida, be safe.
