There is a problem with your blouse so thinking you may want me to cancel.. there are elastic loops that go around the buttons. Whatever is on holding them inside the fabric must be metal. For each loop there is some rust on fabric. I’m sure the rust would come off but a new type loop would be needed or it would just rust again. I really don’t think this was there when listed and packages so must be FL humidity even though we have air on most of year. Let me know if you want to cancel.
