belindag1970 Hi Kathryn: I am extremely surprised and disappointed in the rating you extended for your STILA purchase. This was purchased directly from SEPHORA by me in December. I can provide the purchase detail if you would like. A two star rating seems unwarranted and frankly, unfair. I have strict standards for my makeup sales, and work very hard to maintain my 5 star rating. I would appreciate a second consideration on this purchase.

klrady @belindag1970. Im Not trying to hurt your reputation, but I’m not sure what’s unfair about this. This was how it came out: watery and not pigmented. I own others and I know how it is supposed to be. Who knows, maybe Sephora had a bad batch from Stila and that’s what ended up in your hands? I have no way of knowing. The app pesters you as the customer for a review and it wasn’t 5 star b/c I can’t use what I ordered.
