kathyanddoug @traceyrico323 thank you! Your listings are beautiful! I do have a question. I sold 2 dresses, printed out the priority mail label, mailed it. I messaged the buyer and asked how she liked them. No response. Not sure what to do. I’m very new at this.

traceyrico323 @kathyanddoug hi Kathy ☺️, thank you💕💗. Some buyers are like that , most people on here are great about accepting their orders, rating & communicating. But there are some that don’t. You didn’t do anything wrong & I’m sure they’re happy with their order or Posh would’ve messaged you about an issue. When a package is delivered & a buyer is non responsive Posh will automatically release your funds after 3 days. No worries, don’t let this discourage you💜

kathyanddoug @traceyrico323 you are so sweet to reply. Thank you so much. Posh sent me a notice that it has been 5 days since the sale and I needed to send the dresses. I sent the next day and I’m not sure why they think I didn’t. I marked it sent. I’ll wait to see what happens in the next few days.

traceyrico323 @kathyanddoug I see ok, on the bottom of the order just below where you marked shipped there is a section for “problems/issues” click it & it will prompt you to select “shipped but not tracking “. US post hasn’t scanned your package. Posh usually has them find & scan it within 24 hours. It happens frequently but it’s not your fault it’s US Post. Hope this helps💗😊
