star_power Hi Katie + thank you for the Smartwool purchase. A couple of days after I shipped your item, I printed another label for a size 2X pair of capris. Strangely the shipping label for your Smartwool item loaded again. So Poshmark provided you with a shipping label to forward them to the gal who paid for them. I apologize about the inconvenience. I hope you can forward them on to the buyer who is waiting for them. Hugs 🤗

mckredding @star_power hi!!! I’ve contacted poshmark twice about this, and even tracked you down and sent a message about this to you via Facebook messenger, to find out how to get the pants to the right person. (I’m new to poshmark and couldn’t figure out how to contact you here.). I haven’t seen a shipping label... but I’ll dig around more in this app.

mckredding I’m not seeing a label of any sort as far as where the pants should go. It isn’t in the app nor my inbox. I’m frankly shocked they’ve not answered my email explaining what happened the SAME DAY I got your pants. (Again, I sent 2 emails- and got a “we’ll get back to you in 24 hours” auto response.) mckredding @star_power i found where they attempted to send a shipping label via email (it was in “junk”). I’ve asked them to resend the label, or at least a link where I can download the label. I’ll keep you posted.

mckredding @star_power no worries at all!! I had anxiety bc for a week I’ve had someone else’s pants! I ended up being able to print the label from a windows computer, not my Mac for whatever reason, and they’ll go out tomorrow.

star_power @mckredding TY. Just triple check your labels before you ship! I have to print from my computer as from my iPhone the labels are blurry and useless. When I printed the Capris label I definitely clicked on the correct item. Somehow it defaulted to your label again. So now I’m going to go back and compare the info each time I print. I googled posh wrong shipping labels and it happens to a lot of people. I always check right away to make sure items are tracking. Hugs 🤗
