teresa_and_pate Hello there- just wanted to check in with you on the 4 star rating you gave the Christian Louboutin shoes I sold you. I noticed that you Rated an immaculate pair of Louis down for “packaging” . They were shipped in the dust bags inside of a shoe box with new tissue and a note. The box was wrapped with crafts paper. I take my ratings very seriously, so I’m curious what you would have like to see different in the packaging? Thank you- Teresa

bluebearymuffin @teresa_and_pate Hi there. I loved the heels, however, for such an expensive purchase, the package came in a regular shoebox wrapped in paper. So naturally, when they came to me, the paper was ripped and the box was completely dented. Something I hate to see from receiving a pair of Loubs. I was so nervous to unwrap them with any kind of damage, especially for a luxury item.

teresa_and_pate @bluebearymuffin that’s unfortunate to hear. It was heart duty shipping paper the box was wrapped in, and shipping tape, as well. I’m surprised to hear it was wrapped. . It sounds like the packaging was damaged during shipping, which is done thing out of my control., and why insurance is always included on shipping. I hope that you reconsider your rating, considering the shoes were in perfect condition.

teresa_and_pate @bluebearymuffin I also just wanted to add that the listing did note that the original box was not included. Had they been in a loub. box, the box would have been considered part of the purchase , and would have been shipped in. a second box. It’ was just a bummer to not see you comment on the beautiful shoes, themselves. Either was I’m glad you are happy with them. Thank you for taking the time to respond. Have a great week.
