kellysfavorites Hi there. I just received your rating and comments. I did not make up the original retail price of $325. That WAS the original retail price. I’m not sure how the fact that you don’t agree with the ‘Original ‘ price has anything to do with ‘ME’ ‘needing to improve’. You paid $25. That’s a great deal if you ask me. I’ve been selling on Poshmark for over a year and have a 5 star rating.

kellysfavorites @sassykat55 Thanks for responding. Honestly I am very shocked and upset. I work super hard at Poshmark in every way. ‘I’ didn’t make the original ‘325.00’ retail price, The designer of the jacket did. This is the first time Ive ever received a negative comment or any score other than a 5. I still don’t understand how you are holding me responsible for the original retail price of an item.

jims123 I’m sorry you were not happy with the Sorels. I believe you did not understand where the description says “NO Liner” on two of the 4 description lines - that’s why they were priced at $10 and not $35-$40 I would price at for a used winter Boot I sell. A “Liner” or “boot liner” would be a very common name for your “insole” description. Since you didn’t reject the order - I would give you $10 off something else in my closet since it’s not worth mailing that small of an item back for credit now

jims123 @sassykat55 1). You still have the boots to put in liners/insoles. Sorels are not inexpensive boots. 2)Your other option is to reposh them as they are in very good condition. 3) Upon receiving them you had the right to reject them - I would have got paid and you would have received a full credit.

jims123 @sassykat55 4). My description was accurate and I mentioned it twice. If you look up Sorel they are called Liners or boot liners - not insoles. I have been trying to work with you on this. I’ll reduce another $2 but I’m not going to lose $ on this
