littleabitibi Hi! I'm so glad you received the shirts. I noticed you gave me a lowered rating and feedback that there was a broken button that wasn't disclosed. However, the second sentence of the listing noted: "There is a broken button (see photo three) but note there is an extra button on the label for replacement." I put a lot of time and effort into surveying, describing, and disclosing issues, so please be sure to read the item descriptions before leaving ratings that have a negative impact. :)

kavitanara @maidenvintage thanks for your note. I did read the descriptions carefully and looked at them again before posting - this was actually on the other shirt, the green shirt button 4 is broken into 2 pieces and that was not on the item description. I did not think it was intentional or a major issue which is why I still left you 4 stars and did not open a case, but I did want to flag to you. As a seller myself I understand that feedback matters and try to be as fair as possible. Hope that helps.

littleabitibi @kavitanara Thanks for the update. Could you send me a photo of that? I'd like to notify USPS as this happened in transit. I photograph everything again before I package and ship (I've read one too many horror stories from other sellers), so I'd like to bring this to USPS's attention. Not sure if they will do anything, but it's worth a try from my perspective.

littleabitibi @kavitanara Thank you for the photo. This definitely happened in transit--just checked my original and pre-shipping pics. It's very frustrating that USPS seems to take such little care with the packages, especially considering the cost of shipping. You would think a shirt wouldn't need to be bubble wrapped. I will let you know what they say.
