charlieandkaty I then accidentally ‘accepted’ the pillow (with no intention of keeping it as I knew someone else obviously bought it)! So without touching a thing I carefully wrapped it back up ...then at some point my sweet, but ‘loves to keep our mailbox cleaned out’ husband (again by accident!)deleted the email that had the new shipping label! rockinroro Hi, I have a general question….when there’s a problem with an item I received and posh mark offers me, let’s say $10 posh credit, and in addition I get to accept the order, does that mean I get a full refund that I paid for the order, still keep the order and get a $10 posh credit? Or does it mean I keep the order but get no refund but get $10 posh credit? I’ve asked Poshmark and they don’t respond.
