dat427 Hi Kayla. I just saw the message about the Kangoo Jumps. I’m so sorry they arrived damaged. Of course return them and I will submit a claim through USPS. I think there is automatic insurance when you use priority mail. But that’s not for you to worry about. This is terrible. I am so sorry for the inconvenience and the disappointment. I’m waiting to hear back from PM w instructions on what to do regarding a return label. I’ll be in touch. Again I am so very sorry.
